Robert-jan Baarspul

(Lawyer since 1995)

 

After briefly working for a property developer, Robert-jan Baarspul started as a lawyer in 1995. After working as a partner at another law firm from 1998, he joined the partnership of Hengeveld Advocaten in 2004.

Robert-jan has an excellent knowledge and understanding of business. Most of his work therefore focuses on advising companies in all kinds of areas and acting as a legal sparring partner. Not only for issues of contract and employment law but also in the field of general terms and conditions, corporate law and construction law.

In addition, Robert-jan assists professionals (such as lawyers and civil-law notaries) who come into contact with the disciplinary law applicable to their professional practice.

Over the years, Robert-jan has gained considerable litigation experience and he is often asked for a second opinion, also by colleagues. Complex, wide-ranging proceedings are therefore in good hands with him, also due to his passion and winner's mentality, where he shows himself to be extremely persistent when the relevant issue demands it.
