Diana Simons

Everything related to labour and law is in safe hands with Diana Simons. From the beginning of her career as a lawyer, Diana has focused on labour law, which in her case can be understood to include the topics that employers and employees may have to deal with: employment contracts, works council, workplace privacy, social security and reorganisation.

Apart from her knowledge and experience, Diana is known for her accessibility, creative solutions and no-nonsense approach. No woolly stories or complicated constructions, but simply: do what is needed and find the best solution.

Diana wrote columns on employment law for the Dutch recruitment platform Intermediair Online from 1992 to 2016. She compiled these columns in her website www.werkenrecht.info (in Dutch) on which website she regularly publishes articles on developments in employment law.

Diana was a member of the Supervisory Board of Waag Society from 2009 to 2016.
